In order to change your email address, you just need to:

1 - log in to your account

2 - click on the "My account" tab in the drop-down menu under your first name in the top-right corner

3 - click on the "Edit" button next to your currently used email address

4 - enter and confirm your new email address and your password

And you're done! A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address.

Remember to check your spam folder! If you don’t receive an email, send us a message.

If you are a student, we recommend that you use a personal email address instead of a university address. A Pix account is valid throughout your life and you don’t need to change the email address. When teachers invite you to take a customised test, they only receive the results along with your first and last names (and potentially your student number if they wish) at the end of it. The same applies when taking the Pix certification. Your email address will therefore never be disclosed.
